Additions project collaboration software integrates with Outlook and has a 2007 Office look and feel, with To Do’s, Messages, Discussion Threads and an at a glance project list. You can log in as one of various companies, handle complicated company structures, sub-offices, overseas offices etc. You have an automated and secure means of working with your external team members, allowing the project team to transfer project information, co-ordinate distributed CAD data, streamline workflows, and gain access to a common set of project phases, tasks, milestones and meetings in a shared project calendar.


You can achieve team collaboration by logging in from any office around the world and in any language, as Additions is fully multi-lingual.


Team Builder
Quickly see which team members are available to be assigned to a task according to their scheduled workload and job role. Review all team members with the same role and evaluate substitutions to optimize your utilization.

 

One Point Communication
E-mail and manage shared files from the Additions portal with your colleagues.

 

Document Sharing

Documents in any format can be uploaded to projects, tasks, issues and users. Version control and check-in/check-out makes collaboration easy and effective.
