This also has the benefit of reducing overhead costs as a result of automation – plus increases flexibility and convenience for their customers. Now locally known as SMS Exchange Reporter, the system is relied upon by over 200 people for their daily work for the group.

Implementation of Netcom Additions, the market leading project control, billing and time and expenses self-service application – specifically the implementation of Time, Expenses, Study and Billing with Chargeback functionality to address needs around budget and project cost control. The Additions database supports project planning, resource deployment, collaborative decision-making and budget control for a powerful front end in management of projects, resources, time, expenses.

 

Main customer payback:

Field offices are able to process consolidated expenses and time and allocate them to medical studies as costs are incurred. The electronic time and expense sheet then goes through a two level process approval online before being handed to the back office team situated in the UK and US who are able to charge back all pre-agreed expenses and time to the customer - without having to print a single sheet of paper.
