Project Estimates

A good project estimating software is an essential component of a project management system. It prompts the user to enter the details of what’s required to do the project, either by using a template, an existing project or from scratch. It displays the project cost estimate and recommended charge for doing the project, based on either standard or client specific rates and hence margin. When the client gives you the go ahead, the project estimate becomes the budget for the project, allowing the various components to be appropriately allocated to people or teams.
