Plus, Project Milestones on the Project Control screen may be set to warn the project managers of impending problems. You can set also set an alert on Hours or Costs – so that when costs reach 50% of those budgeted or hours are at 75% of what was quoted for, the system will send you an email alert.

 

All financial information relating to a project is summarised on a single screen, where actual costs accrued are shown against those quoted. The software is multi-screen, so more detailed information can be accessed from here by tabbing between the individual elements that comprise the summary, such as timesheets, expenses and purchase orders.
